Peter asked for support with claiming his state pension, a pension credit entitlement check, applying for a concessionary bus pass. His advocate supported him to send off the correct information for both his pension claim and his bus pass.
Using the Turn To Us on line tool he was supported to check his entitlement to Pension Credit. Whilst Peter was not eligible, he was pleased to have been able to access the tool.
Peter has difficulty reading and processing written information and is unable to use a computer. Peter said he would have struggled to claim his entitlements without the support of his advocate.
