I am a volunteer at the fantastic CASBA Advocacy. A little bit about me is that I like to paint and sing. I also love to cook (p.s CASBA does amazing healthy eating recipes; be sure to check that out!).

The topic I wanted to talk about today is Instagram. Instagram is a popular social media platform where people can share photos, videos, and stories with their followers, connecting with friends, family, and others worldwide. So why do we use it? Here are a few reasons:

• Visual information stands out and is more memorable – did you know 90% of information that goes to the brain is visual? Amazing, right?
• There are billions of people using it, which means it’s a great way to get our message across to lots of people. CASBA is a small charity that can make a big difference, and we can let people know that on Instagram.
• We can inspire people and share educational information.
