The link group travelled to Nottingham on the 7th June 2024 by coach and taxi. We had the opportunity to meet lead researcher Alison, Laura, Rachel and a few others from Nottingham University and Ann Craft Trust to be part of a project on exploitation.

I was filmed talking about exploitation alongside with other link members and some got to do a podcast and others got to make a leaflet. It was very good being part of this project. I really enjoyed it. Hopefully, we will have another opportunity to do something like this again.

We had some fun along the way we even sang happy birthday to three members of the link group while we were there. I was one of them and was not expecting it. Was a lovely thing to do though!

Nottingham University even put on a spread for us. The people there are so kind and willing to help if needed.

The grounds are amazing, so it was lovely being there.
