CASBA'S ADVOCACY QUALITY PERFORMANCE MARK
We held this from November 2018 to October 2021.
In November 2018, our assessor visited CASBA to speak to staff, volunteers, Trustees and other stakeholders. She found that: "CASBA demonstrated a thoughtful and robust approach to the provision of advocacy services... All demonstrated a sophisticated understanding of advocacy delivery ... service users were vocal in their understanding of advocacy and their support for services received."
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who gave up their time and impressed our assessor with their knowledge and support of CASBA.

Thanks to the hard work of our staff and volunteers, we received the Investing in Volunteers award from NCVO in 2018. We were very proud to have reached the standard required for this award, which reflected very highly on how much we value all the fantastic volunteers who help CASBA to achieve so much. |
