volunteer with CASBA

Volunteering at CASBA is an opportunity to give something back, but is also an experience that all our volunteers find rewarding and enjoyable.

To become a volunteer with CASBA you will need to 
 
  1.  Register your interest  
  2. Complete a Registration form 
  3. Meet with the volunteer coordinator 
If your meeting with the volunteer coordinator is successful you will need to complete: 
  1. An induction  
  2. Training in Listening skills, Advocacy and Adult Safeguarding  
  3. A Disclosure and Barring Service Check  
  4. A volunteer agreement 
We do all of this to safeguard the citizens we work with and to ensure you get the most out of your volunteer role with us.  
Once you become a volunteer you will receive ongoing support from the CASBA staff to develop your skills and potential. Below are the volunteer roles that we currently have available.
