Staying Healthy with CASBA

We help you get your free health check every year.

CASBA - Staying Healthy

If you are 14 or older and have a learning disability, you can have a free health check at your doctor's surgery every year.

It is called an Annual Health Check.

At a Health Check you:

  •  Talk about your health.
  •  Talk about your well-being.
  •  Can ask questions about your health and body.
  •  Make a plan to help you stay healthy for the next year.
