Inclusive Exercise Classes Coming to Birmingham This Summer


Looking for a fun, welcoming way to get active, meet new people and improve your wellbeing? CASBA Advocacy is excited to launch a brand-new series of inclusive exercise classes this summer at SENSE Touchbase Pears in Birmingham.
These friendly community sessions are designed for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Whether you are completely new to exercise or simply want a supportive space to move more and feel good, everyone is welcome.
Exercise in a Supportive and Accessible Environment
The classes focus on movement, wellbeing and having fun together. Activities are designed to be accessible and adaptable, making it easy for everyone to take part at their own pace.
Participants can expect:
