Access to Work Support Worker

CASBA is seeking an experienced and highly organised Access to Work Support Worker to join our team.
CASBA 4 hours

Hours:

4 hours per week until September 2026, with possible extension to March 2027 on 2 or 4 hours per week, funding dependent.

Salary range:

£12.71 - £13.45 per hour

 Job Summary:

CASBA is seeking an experienced and highly organised Access to Work Support Worker to join our team. You will provide empowering person-centred support to two valued staff members to support them in their roles – one as Project Officer on our Pregnancy to Parenthood project and the other in her role as Co-Chair of LINK 26UP.

Link 18-25 - CASBA Advocacy

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the staff members, supporting, prompting, reminding and working alongside them by:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on our database
  • Assisting with data entry, data management tasks and Outlook
  • Proofreading blogs, presentations, and any written materials, supporting with editing and submitting
  • Supporting with preparing weekly workshops
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • One year’s experience in an administrative or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality and provide empowering support

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar industry or sector
  • Knowledge of administrative software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
