📖 About the Role

This role is for people with learning disabilities.
You will work with CASBA and local people to tell people about the project.
You will help people to make good choices to live healthier lives.
You will be supported by an advocate in this work
This is a paid job. The pay is £13.45 per hour.

🎯 What you will do

✅Talk to friends and other groups about the project.
✅Run a number of sessions every year to tell people about the project.
✅ Encourage people with learning disabilities to join.
✅ Teach people about high blood pressure.
✅ Help people with their health conditions.
✅ Help doctors (GPs) understand what people with learning disabilities need.
