Job title: Programme Manager
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year according to experience.
Contract: Permanent
Responsible to: CEO

In person interviews will take place on Thursday 23rd April 2026 at our offices at Touchbase Pears, Bristol Road, Birmingham B29 6NA.

The Programme Manager will have overall management responsibility for all the programme areas of CASBA, including advocacy and volunteering. This includes identifying and applying for relevant funding for projects and ensuring grant and funding obligations are met and reported to funders as agreed.

The role is expected to engage with CASBA stakeholders including service users, staff, volunteers, partners, commissioners, funders and the local community.
Working with the CEO and Operations Manager, the Programme Manager will be part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action, and with a collaborative leadership style. This is a pivotal role with the opportunity to shape programmes that make a real difference in peoples’ lives and contributes to CASBA’s future direction.
